| As you probably know, eurodance is usually half-officially divided into three branches, German, Swedish and Italian. The sound differs a lot depending on country and this is why some people prefer groups and singers from one country more than from others - german is more classic, swedish a bit more rough and italian is more melodic... Which one do you prefer? | |

| I prefer Swedish, for long time already. I identify it almost always by pronunciation, arrangement and special kind of vocals... swedish vocalists sound another way that other... most of artists i adore are swedish. So, i just had no right to vote for another country)
Less of all i like italian ed because there's often no rap and it is too soft for me.
Btw if this classification was made by me, i would add east-european ED! There are lots of Polish, some Croatian, Belorussian groups that have their special sound which i like very much also...

| It was always Germany for me ... the real sponsor of the good music .... eurodance then & eurorap afterwards .... it was always German artists taking the lead there | |

| Mine? Actually, Sweden has not so much artists comparing to Germany and even Italy (i looked through eurokdj encyclopedia to check it specially...) but most of italian artists are one-hit artists, and Sweden has many really great groups... Basic Element first of all. Then E-Type, Flexx, Dr.Alban... Many artists are not so popular but i like them more than some eurodance grands - Aztecca, E:Motion, Amadin, Don Felix, Magic Motion... Also to Swedish ED belong other scandinavian artists - danish, norwegian and finnish. So, add here Waldo & Waldo's People, Naked Eye, ... I just cannot name all of them!=) | |

| As I'm Swedish I accutally prefer italian like Capella, Clubhouse feat. Carl, Giovanna Montinelli etc.
Swedish is good but not as good as italian. I remember groups like Flexx, Kajsa, Cool James & Black Teacher, Plastico, Get Wet and many more.
I really miss eurodance. Today's music is crap!

| really? me not... actually we are offtop now) many eurodance lovers prefer German because it is considered to be more classically sounded and professional... however i pay much attention to the rough arrangement and style of rapping... | |
